Academic Options - Diploma

The Diploma in Experiential Work-Based Learning is awarded by the Mountbatten Institute and validated by the New York State Education Department. The Diploma comprises a six week module taught one evening per week at the Mountbatten office. It is designed to ensure you acquire the skills of planning and reflective practice applicable to experiential learning at work. It will also develop your understanding of the workplace as a site for learning and professional development.

The course will be assessed through an experiential learning proposal and a critically reflective essay.
