Throwback Season

Things are really gathering pace at the Institute this month, as both sides of the Atlantic have been on the Autumn universities recruitment programme. On this front we would like to thank all the alumni who have assisted us at the various fairs by sharing their experiences of their time on the programme. We are really grateful for this, and are certain it makes a big difference for potential candidates to be able to talk to someone who has recently participated in the programme.

In fact, there is plenty for our alumni to get involved with as you will see in this issue, such as photo competitions, and the opportunity to Refer a Friend to actually do the programme.

Meanwhile, alumni membership on Mountbatten Connect continues to rise, with numbers on their way to 1,700. It's great to see alumni connecting across the intakes and programmes, posting their own jobs, and events etc., and it's a useful tool to find out which alumni are also based in your area or your company.

We would like to wish all those who celebrate Halloween, a Happy one, but be warned, don't eat too much candy!

Refer a friend

Do you have any friends or contacts who would love to live, work and study abroad on the Mountbatten program? If you know of anyone who might have what it takes, please help us spread the word.

There's something in it for both of you! If the person you refer gets placed on our March 2018 intake, both you and them will receive a $50/£40 Amazon Voucher.

How to refer: It's simple - just send a quick email to Amanda Roden (aroden@mountbatten.org) and cc. the person you'd like to refer. We will take it from there.
