Dr Dipinder Singh Randhawa has enjoyed a long, successful, and geographically diverse academic career, teaching courses at MBA, MS and undergraduate level, as well as Executive Development Programs. He is currently employed by the Singapore Institute of Management, after previously holding the position of Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore for nearly a decade. Before immigrating to Singapore, Dipinder taught at the University of Shanghai, the State University of New York at Cortland, and Syracuse University.

Dipinder has had numerous journal submissions accepted for publication, and co-authored the chapter "On Financial Sector Reforms in the Transitional Economies of Central and Eastern Europe" with Peter Koveos in Economies in transition: conception, status and prospects, published by Oxford University Press. Dipinder received his PhD in Finance from Syracuse University, and his MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics at the University of Delhi.

Outside of academia, Dipinder gained industry experience at the Indian Economic Service, the State Bank of India and the World Bank.
